  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available on our website.

  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email, WhatsApp, or SMS (where applicable).
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, and other external factors.
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, The Plant Pot cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Customers can track their shipments using the tracking information provided after dispatch. If you do not receive tracking details within the dispatch period, please contact our support team.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
